513 Hornet Air Cadet Squadron
The 513 Hornet Squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets is a youth organization that welcomes cadets aged 12-18 to learn, serve, and advance through various training programs, including aviation technologies, physical fitness, and public speaking. Located in New Westminster, BC, the squadron meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm at the W.S. Hopper Building in Queens Park. The organization offers a range of activities, including music, precision drill, and citizenship education. For new cadets, a recruitment and parent information night is scheduled for September 18, 2024. Joining the 513 Hornet Squadron provides a unique opportunity for young people to develop valuable skills and experience.
