The Haven

Nestled on the ancestral lands of the Snuneymuxw First Nation, The Haven is a not-for-profit Centre for Transformational Learning established in 1983. Founded by Drs. Bennet Wong and Jock McKeen, this unique institution offers immersive programs that encourage deep self-exploration and personal growth through nature and community. Participants leave transformed, more aware, creative, and present in their relationships with themselves, others, and the universe. The Haven's mission is to foster a sense of belonging and support for its community, creating an environment where individuals can truly thrive.
