The Educational Leadership Consortium of Nova Scotia (ELCNS) is a professional learning organization dedicated to empowering educational leaders in Nova Scotia through rigorous, progressive, and responsive programs. Based on current educational research, ELCNS offers a range of programs, including the Instructional Leadership Academy and the Aspiring Leaders Program, designed to develop the skills and knowledge of educators.
