South Nova Tai Chi

The Canadian Tai Chi Academy is a national, not-for-profit charitable organization dedicated to teaching Chinese internal arts for health, founded in 2006 by Master Moy Lin-Shin's legacy. As a 100% volunteer-operated organization, the Academy is led by experienced instructors with over 30 years of teaching expertise in Lokhupbafa and Tai Chi. The Academy's mission is to promote good health through the practice and teaching of Tai Chi and other internal arts, benefiting people of all ages. With a focus on effective beginner instruction, the Canadian Tai Chi Academy offers a unique approach to understanding the fundamentals of Tai Chi.
