Calgary Carvers
The Calgary Carvers are a social club dedicated to woodcarving and woodworking, meeting year-round on Tuesday evenings at the Ogden House Seniors Centre, where members utilize a well-equipped workshop and gymnasium-sized hall to create a wide variety of woodcarvings and sculptures. The club offers a unique space for members to share their passion for woodworking and woodcarving, from wild birds and decoys to custom boxes and Native Haida-style masks. With a focus on community and camaraderie, the Calgary Carvers welcome new members and offer guided tours of their facilities. Located in Calgary, Alberta, the club can be reached at 403-256-0630. The Calgary Carvers have been a part of the community since 1992.
