The Beach YYC

Calgary's only indoor beach recreation facility, The Beach YYC, offers a unique year-round experience with 13,000 square feet of sand and over 700 tons of sand, providing a space for sports leagues, corporate events, birthday parties, and kids' activities, while honoring the traditional Treaty 7 territory and oral practices of the Blackfoot confederacy. Located in the Ramsay neighborhood, the facility features beach volleyball, ultimate, and soccer, as well as a licensed beachside Tiki Bar and meeting spaces. With a focus on inclusivity and accessibility, The Beach YYC welcomes all Calgarians regardless of age, race, gender, or ability. The facility is open year-round, offering a variety of activities and events, including beach volleyball leagues, kids' camps, and corporate events.
