The King's Own Calgary Regiment Regimental Funds Foundation
The Kings Own Calgary Regiment is a reserve armoured unit part of 41 Canadian Brigade Group in 3rd Canadian Division, training armoured fighting vehicle crews with an emphasis on reconnaissance skills and tactics. Based in Calgary, Alberta, the Regiment is comprised of a Regimental Headquarters, Headquarters Squadron, and two armoured reconnaissance squadrons. The organization offers various programs, including cadets, which focus on leadership and citizenship, as well as a museum and kit shop. The Regiment is committed to recruiting part-time professional soldiers and is actively seeking members in the Foothills and Cochrane Region. With a strong focus on community engagement and military history, the Kings Own Calgary Regiment is a unique and exciting organization to be part of.
