YYC TECH Slowpitch
YYC TECH Slowpitch is a Calgary-based softball league that brings together individuals from the tech sector and beyond for a fun, non-competitive experience. The league features one-day tournaments in June and September, open to anyone building a startup, working in tech, or supporting the industry, including students, founders, employees, and investors. With a focus on community and camaraderie, teams play shorter 1-hour games on three nearby diamonds, and participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment and a positive attitude. Proceeds from the league support the YYC Tech Gives spring fundraising initiative, a joint initiative between YYC Tech Gives and Platform Calgary.
