Indigenous Community for Leadership & Development (ICLD) is a dedicated Indigenous-owned partnership offering comprehensive programs for personal and professional growth, focusing on Employment Readiness, Grief and Loss Recovery, Personal Development, Human Resource Development, Capacity Building, and Indigenous Governance. ICLD promotes reconciliation and healing through cultural awareness programs inspired by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, and advocates for Indigenous Perspectives with government ministries and agencies. With over 15 years of experience, ICLD provides customized training programs, including Short Courses, Youth Career Training, and Economic Development Support, to enhance the quality of life and gain essential skills for Indigenous communities. ICLD's team of highly qualified staff delivers culturally adapted content, fostering strong relationships with nations, communities, and individuals.
