Alberta Chinese Cultural Education Society (ACCES)
The Alberta Chinese Cultural Education Society (ACCES) is a non-profit organization registered in 2001, providing services to over 6,000 community members. As a charitable organization approved by the Canada Revenue Agency in 2021, ACCES offers a range of programs, including Chinese language and culture courses, sports, workshops, and activities. In 2023, the organization received accreditation from Alberta Education to provide funded and online courses for Grade 10-12 students. ACCES serves students from preschool to grade 12, including adults, and operates under four main sections: Chinese School, Heritage Language School, Beyond Language and Culture Education, and Sports, Workshops, and Activities. With a presence in Edmonton, AB, ACCES aims to promote Chinese culture and education in the community.
