The Paralympic Sports Association (PSA) is a charitable and volunteer-driven organization dedicated to providing inclusive sport and recreation opportunities for individuals of all ages with disabilities. Since its establishment in 1965, PSA has grown significantly, offering programs not only in Edmonton but also extending to Medicine Hat, Grande Prairie, and Red Deer. Through diverse activities such as wheelchair floor hockey and sledge hockey, participants experience personal growth, social inclusion, and the joy of sports. The community feel at PSA is strong, fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. What sets PSA apart is its commitment to inclusivity and its ability to adapt programs to meet the evolving needs of the community.
