The Ontario Vipassana Centre is a registered non-profit charitable organization dedicated to teaching Vipassana Meditation, one of India's oldest techniques of meditation, to individuals in Ontario. Founded on a 2,500-year-old practice, the centre offers residential ten-day courses in English, providing a practical method of self-awareness to face daily life's tensions and problems in a calm and balanced way. With locations throughout Ontario, the centre offers courses for both teens and children, as well as international students.
