We are an autonomous non-profit society based in Canada, dedicated to developing harmony through Ki in daily life through Aikido training, focusing on cultivating a strong, confident spirit and embracing the principles of love and reconciliation. As a Ki Aikido organization, we provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals of all fitness levels to discover the transformative power of Aikido. Our classes are designed to promote relaxation, coordination, and self-awareness, allowing students to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and confidence. With a focus on universal energy and the art of blending with others, our training aims to empower individuals to live more fearlessly and positively impact their communities.
