David Simon
David Simon is a renowned organ recitalist, improviser, instructor, and liturgical musician, establishing himself as a prominent figure in the music world. With numerous awards and accolades, including First Prize at the University of Michigan organ improvisation competition and the Royal Canadian College of Organists national organ competition, Simon has performed extensively across North America, the UK, Europe, and Russia. As a dedicated educator, he teaches organ, piano, music theory, and Gregorian Chant at St. Michaels Choir School and serves as Director of Music at the historic Church of St. Mary Magdalene. Holding a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Yale University, Simon is a Fellow of the Royal Canadian College of Organists and serves as an examiner for the Royal Conservatory of Music. With a thriving private studio and a strong online presence, Simon continues to inspire and educate musicians across North America.
