Stride and Stretch
Stride and Stretch Adventures is a nature-inspired organization that combines yoga and outdoor activities, offering hiking, biking, and paddling challenges for enthusiasts of all levels. Founded by certified yoga teacher Rhonda McMahon, the organization aims to inspire people to connect with nature and practice yoga outside. With a range of outdoor adventures and live online yoga classes, Stride and Stretch welcomes members to join in on the fun and rejuvenate their bodies and minds. As a certified Hike Ontario Wilderness and Day Hike Leader, Rhonda leads guided hikes and backpacking trips, while also teaching yoga classes and workshops. By taking yoga outside, Stride and Stretch encourages individuals to reconnect with themselves and nature.
