Mike is a Canadian author-composer with a vast repertoire of songs about Canada's history, currently Artist-in-Residence at Todmorden Mills, and recently awarded a Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal. His music and writings have been featured in various projects, including the Todmorden Mills Troubadour en français and the HarperCollins book 100 Days That Changed Canada. Mike's work has been recognized internationally, with performances and exhibitions in Canada and Belgium. His music and writings explore themes of Canadian history, literature, and culture.
