HALIFAX CIRCUS

Halifax Circus is a non-profit cooperative of professional circus artists and teachers based in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia, dedicated to teaching and performing circus arts while promoting social circus initiatives for youth at risk. As a certified and continuously learning organization, our staff prioritize fun and safety while delivering high-quality performances and classes. With a threefold mission to excel in circus work, teach students, and support youth at risk, Halifax Circus aims to make a positive impact in the community. Located in Mikmaq ancestral and unceded territory, we acknowledge the Mikmaq people as the past, present, and future caretakers of this land. Our experienced performers have entertained audiences across North America, and we offer a range of classes and workshops for all ages.
