Wonderneath Art Society

Wonderneath Art Society is an artist-led organization based in Kjipuktuk (North End Halifax), dedicated to fostering dynamic arts exploration through programs, education, and artist studios. As a treaty holder in Mi'kma'ki, the land of the Mi'kmaq People, the organization prioritizes Indigenous voices and reconciliation, aiming to uphold the fundamental rights of the Mikmaq as promised in the Peace and Friendship Treaties. With a focus on community engagement, Wonderneath brings together practicing artists and local residents through various initiatives.
