Kamloops Naturalist Club
The Kamloops Naturalist Club is a non-profit organization founded in 1981, dedicated to promoting awareness, appreciation, and understanding of the natural environment in Kamloops, BC, and beyond. As an affiliate of BC Nature and the Federation of British Columbia Naturalists, the club fosters a community of nature enthusiasts who work together to protect and preserve the environment for future generations. Through various programs, events, and activities, the club encourages sustainable use of the environment and supports conservation efforts. The club's mission is to "Know Nature and Keep It Worth Knowing," and its members are passionate about bird and wildlife watching, as well as other aspects of nature conservation. By joining the Kamloops Naturalist Club, individuals can connect with like-minded people and contribute to the club's mission to promote a deeper understanding and appreciation of the natural world.
