The OCCA Communities Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the Central Okanagan community, offering a range of programs and services including ESL classes, job training, and after-school activities for youth. Operating on the traditional territory of the Syilx Okanagan Nation, the organization aims to promote diversity, inclusion, and social cohesion. With a strong focus on community engagement and outreach, OCCA has successfully hosted events such as its inaugural Town Hall Meeting, which brought together local candidates and residents. The organization is committed to providing essential services and support to its members, including income tax filing assistance and skills training for immigrants.
