Anishnabeg Outreach is a centre dedicated to Indigenous healing and reconciliation, providing a range of programs and resources for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities in the Waterloo Region and Guelph area. The organization focuses on supporting mental health, cultural preservation, and community development, with initiatives such as EarlyON programs, cultural events, and reconciliation training. By partnering with local businesses and individuals, Anishnabeg Outreach aims to promote Indigenous culture and prosperity. The centre is committed to a hand-up approach, rather than a hand-out, and has made significant progress in 2024, supporting over 1,500 community members. Through its various programs and resources, Anishnabeg Outreach seeks to make a positive impact on the lives of Indigenous individuals and families.
