PATCH Team

The PATCH is a collaborative initiative that addresses food insecurity and delivers agriculture training through innovative urban agriculture opportunities, utilizing repurposed urban spaces to grow and donate food year-round to local agencies serving individuals in need. As a community-driven organization, The PATCH emphasizes building an inclusive environment of growth and learning, with 100% of its produce donated to those experiencing food insecurity. Developed in collaboration with Hutton House, Nathan T. Deslippe Memorial Fund, and Kensington Village Association, The PATCH relies on partnerships and community support to achieve its mission. With various programs and workshops available, The PATCH aims to promote sustainable living and provide opportunities for individuals to get involved. By joining The PATCH, individuals can make a positive impact in their community and contribute to a more food-secure future.
