Silver Star Adaptive Snow Sports (SSASS) is a volunteer-run, registered charitable society based at SilverStar Mountain Resort, offering adaptive snow sports programs and events for children and adults with diverse needs. As a registered charitable society, SSASS provides alpine skiing and snowboarding lessons to individuals with physical, cognitive, and behavioral learning needs. Operating under the Canadian Adaptive SnowSports and BC Adaptive SnowSports umbrella, SSASS aims to promote inclusivity and accessibility in snow sports. With a focus on empowering individuals with diverse needs, SSASS strives to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants.
