Kind Yoga By Heart
KIND Yoga is an off-the-grid, nature-based yoga and mindfulness studio nestled in picturesque surroundings of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), offering classes from mid-April to mid-October. As a community-focused organization, a portion of all proceeds supports the Ontario Farmland Trust. KIND Yoga is dedicated to providing a serene and natural environment for yoga practice and mindfulness exploration. With a range of classes and programs, KIND Yoga aims to foster a sense of connection with nature and oneself.
