THE LAB Basketball is a premier basketball training facility in Milton, Ontario, offering elite skills training, player development, and team training programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Founded by JP Albano, a former professional basketball player, the organization provides personalized and group training sessions, as well as AAU travel team and 3-on-3 programs, to help athletes reach their maximum potential and excel in basketball and life.
