Latin Festival
The 12th Annual Latin Festival 2024 is a vibrant celebration of Latin American culture, taking place at the Maja Prentice Theatre in Mississauga from September 7-8, 2024. This free event showcases the finest Latin music in Canada, featuring live performances by Afro-Cuban band Pablo Terry and Sol de Cuba, Latin Jazz Diva Laura Fernandez, and Indigenous Ecuadorian band Rimay. The festival also offers a range of family-friendly activities, including arts and crafts workshops and traditional dance performances. Organized by the Hispanic Canadian Arts & Cultural Association, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting Hispanic/Latin American heritage in Canada.
