Mitchell Gymnastics Club

Mitchell Gymnastics Club is a family-owned and operated business that has been offering the incredible sport of recreational gymnastics for over two decades. Founded in 2003, the club has grown from serving 75 students to currently accommodating more than 260 participants annually. Led by Jen Lennon, the head coach and founder, who has received a 25-year gold service pin from John Nater MP on behalf of the Government of Canada and Gymnastics Ontario, Mitchell Gymnastics Club prides itself on providing a safe and fun environment for children to learn gymnastics under the guidance of certified Level 2 coaches and experienced junior coaches. With state-of-the-art facilities including a spring tumbling floor, balance beams, table vault, uneven bars, and a fully equipped kinder gym room, Mitchell Gymnastics Club ensures that every child has access to high-quality instruction tailored to their needs. The club's commitment to community values and family ownership fosters an inclusive atmosphere where both children and parents can thrive.
