Young Agrarians
Young Agrarians is a Canadian farmer-to-farmer educational resource network dedicated to supporting new and young ecological, organic, and regenerative farmers since 2012. The organization acknowledges the traditional unceded territories of diverse Indigenous communities and recognizes the unresolved Indigenous land title and rights in Canada. Young Agrarians offers a range of programs, including apprenticeships, land matching, business mentorship, and e-learning, to help new farmers access land, resources, and knowledge to thrive. By fostering community and providing holistic support, Young Agrarians aims to promote local agriculture and address the challenges of climate change. With a focus on Indigenous food sovereignty and land reconciliation, the organization empowers new farmers to build resilient agricultural communities.
