Ottawa Junior Flag Rugby
Ottawa Junior Flag Rugby is Ottawa's premier flag rugby league, dedicated to growing the sport at the grassroots level in the Greater Ottawa region. Founded by Aaron McDonald in 2019, the organization offers a game-centered, player-led approach to developing rugby skills in youth, with a focus on fun, creativity, and empowerment. With a mixed league format, OJFR brings together high school athletes and club athletes for a unique and enjoyable rugby experience. The league is non-club affiliated, making it accessible to all youth, regardless of their club affiliation.
