With a focus on building strength, increasing vertical jumping ability, and achieving big results, the team has experienced significant success in recent years, including multiple provincial and national championships. Led by experienced coaches and trainers, Thorold Elite provides a supportive and inclusive environment for athletes to reach their full potential.
