Storyoga
Storyoga is a holistic organization that brings together children's literature, nature, and yoga, founded in 2009 as a progressive program designed to empower children of all ages. Embracing and empowering children exactly as they are, Storyoga offers various programs including preschool, adult workshops, and retreats. With a focus on nature-based learning and mindfulness, Storyoga aims to ignite a love for oneself inside and out. The organization has two locations on the Saanich Peninsula and is committed to guiding principles that prioritize the well-being of children. By combining education, nature, and yoga, Storyoga fosters a unique and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive.
