Hams Martial Arts
Hams Martial Arts is a traditional Japanese Karate school in Oakville, offering classes for children and adults in a friendly and supportive environment. Founded by 2nd Dan instructor Marsha Ham, the school teaches Wado Ryu Karate, a style developed in 1938 by Hironori Ohtsuka. Regular training at Hams Martial Arts is known to improve physical fitness, balance, focus, flexibility, and strength, while also developing mind and soul. With small class sizes and a welcoming atmosphere, beginners are encouraged to join and learn about the benefits of Karate training. Located at Glen Abbey United Church, Hams Martial Arts is a member of the Wado International Karate-Do Federation and Ontario Karate Federation.
