The Ottawa Highland Dancing Association (OHDA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting highland dancing in the Ottawa area. As a registered charity, the OHDA offers various competitions, events, and membership opportunities for dancers and teachers alike. With a strong focus on community and spirit, the OHDA is proud to host the annual Caitlin Stewart Memorial Competition, which celebrates the life and love of a young dancer who tragically passed away at the age of 11. The OHDA also provides resources and support for dancers, including a list of local highland dance schools and membership options. By joining the OHDA, individuals can be part of a vibrant and supportive community that shares a passion for highland dance.
