Capital Wave Swimming and Water Polo is a dual sport club that fosters a community of athletes, coaches, and parents who value hard work, physical activity, and personal growth through swimming and water polo. With programs for recreational and competitive athletes aged 7-17, Capital Wave aims to develop life-long aquatic athletes who strive for their personal best in a fun and supportive environment. As a registered swimming and water polo club with Swim Ontario and Ontario Water Polo, Capital Wave offers various programming options throughout the year, including regular and summer seasons.
