Ptarmigan Arts
Ptarmigan Arts is a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating a creative community through education and engagement in the arts, providing opportunities for island communities of all ages and artistic disciplines. Based on Pender Island, BC, the organization offers a range of programs, from beginner ballet to various artistic disciplines. Membership and patronage options are available, with general membership starting at $10/year and artist membership at $20/year. Ptarmigan Arts also acknowledges its connection to the traditional territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including SENĆOŦEN speaking W̱SÁNEĆ First Nations and Hulquiminum Treaty Group. By supporting Ptarmigan Arts, individuals can contribute to the preservation and promotion of the arts in their community.
