Okanagan Valley Wudang

Okanagan Valley Wudang is a kung fu school offering traditional Wudang Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong classes for adults and kids, focusing on health cultivation and martial arts. Located in Penticton, BC, the school provides a variety of classes, including Northern long fist, Baguazhang, Xing Yi, and more. Founded by Brandi and Simon, who spent six years training in China, the school aims to share the history and tradition of Wudang Kung Fu with the community. With a focus on slow-moving martial arts and health cultivation, Okanagan Valley Wudang is dedicated to providing a holistic kung fu experience. Classes are held at the Cannery Trade Centre and online.
