Community Arts Mentorship Program
The Community Arts Mentorship Program is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing arts programming and mentorship to remote and under-served communities across Saskatchewan, promoting well-being, cultural expression, and community development through artistic expression. Founded by Eliza Doyle and Holly Rae Yuzicapi, the program aims to foster growth and learning through collaborative and supportive mentorship, artist residencies, and cultural consultations. With a focus on supporting local capacity and building community, the program offers various initiatives, including music in schools, youth music camps, and cultural foundations. By providing arts experiences and training opportunities, the Community Arts Mentorship Program strengthens community, increases self-esteem and confidence, and promotes reconciliation. Through its work, the program seeks to create meaningful relationships and promote healthy identity-formation.
