D.A.R.E. BC Society
D.A.R.E. BC Society is a Canadian registered charity dedicated to empowering British Columbia's children with critical thinking and life skills to choose a drug-free life. As a partner in the RCMP's delivery of the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) keepin it REAL (kiR) program, the Society supports the education of thousands of Grade 5 and 6 school children across the province. With over 100,000 students having participated in the program since its inception, D.A.R.E. kiR is the most widely delivered youth drug prevention program in BC. The Society's mission is to enable children to become safe and responsible citizens, and its work is recognized through numerous testimonials from schools, RCMP officers, and parents. By providing a comprehensive drug prevention strategy, D.A.R.E. BC Society plays a vital role in shaping the future of British Columbia's youth.
