Local Government Leadership Academy
The Local Government Leadership Academy is a leadership development initiative serving local government and First Nations elected officials and senior administrators in British Columbia, improving competencies to effectively manage and lead BC's communities. The organization provides comprehensive and timely leadership development opportunities, including the Level III Leadership Award and the Leadership Certification Program. With a focus on enhancing leadership skills and knowledge, LGLA offers various events, resources, and training programs. As a partnership with the Union of BC Municipalities, LGLA aims to support the growth and development of local government leaders.
