Nova Yoga
Nova Yoga is a holistic yoga community dedicated to sharing the many joys of the practice with students from all walks of life, offering a variety of classes suited for all yogis in the heart of St. Johns, Newfoundland. Founded by Certified Yoga Teacher Melanie Caines in 2010, the studio provides a welcoming space for self-exploration and growth. With a focus on community and inclusivity, Nova Yoga offers classes, retreats, and workshops that cater to all levels and schedules. As a yoga studio, it's more than just a physical space, but a vibrant community that nurtures the body, mind, and soul. Nova Yoga's passion is to help students find their inner peace and connection to themselves and others.
