Living Healthy Northeast
Living Healthy Northeast is a community-based organization dedicated to providing self-management workshops and resources for individuals with chronic conditions, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in North East Ontario. The organization offers a range of programs, including 6-week workshops, training sessions, and brief action planning, to promote healthy living and disease management. With a focus on accessibility and inclusivity, Living Healthy Northeast aims to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being. Due to COVID-19, all workshops are currently delivered virtually, but the organization is committed to hosting in-person workshops in the future.
