Silver Birch Pottery
Stephen St. Amant is a Canadian artist and potter, born in 1952, known for creating functional and beautiful handmade pottery pieces that engage users in a deeper present moment experience. As a member of the Ontario Clay and Glass Association, he has attended numerous educational conferences and exhibitions, including the annual Bay Studio Tour and the Quest Art Shop Gallery. With a background in pottery and ceramics, St. Amant has taught at various institutions, including Waypoint Center for Mental Health and Full Moon on the River children's Summer Day Camp. His work is represented in private collections worldwide and has been commissioned for various projects, including awards and dinner settings. Based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, St. Amant runs his own business, Silver Birch Pottery, where he creates unique and functional pieces.
