Central Connection Toronto artists' group
Central Connection is a Toronto-based artists' group that has been meeting weekly since approximately 1990, initially connecting through night classes at Central Technical School. The group gathers at the Withrow Park Clubhouse to draw and paint from a model, with sessions being uninstructed and open to both members and drop-ins. Established and emerging artists alike are part of this community, with their works featured in various individual and corporate collections, as well as Toronto galleries and shows. Central Connection offers a unique opportunity for artists to connect and create, with occasional plein air painting trips and events. Located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the group meets at the Withrow Park Clubhouse on Mondays from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, except holidays.
