Creighton, a 9th Degree Black Belt, offering a variety of programs including ITF, Olympic Style Taekwon-Do, Muay Thai, self-defense, boxing, Aeroba-tae, and weight training classes. Their comprehensive programs cater to individuals of all ages, focusing on achieving physical and mental well-being. With a strong emphasis on safety, the centre provides protective gear for sparring classes, which are now being reintroduced starting March 2022.
