FIELD OF DREAMERS COOPERATIVE SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION
The Field of Dreamers Cooperative Softball Association is a recreational softball organization founded in 2017, built on the principles of mutual aid, body liberation, and radical re-imagining of sport. Emphasizing inclusivity and diversity, the league aims to create a space for non-binary, trans*, and other gender non-conforming identities, as well as Black, Indigenous, people of colour, and individuals with diverse body types and skills. With a focus on community and mutual support, the organization encourages players to prioritize joy, respect, and sportsmanship. The league features a unique playoff system, where every team has a chance to become champions, regardless of their record. By fostering a culture of inclusivity and play, Field of Dreamers Cooperative Softball Association seeks to redefine the sport of softball.
