The National Screen Institute is a charitable, not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting storytellers in Canada, providing inclusive and customized training and mentoring to help individuals uncover their unique voice and place in the industry. With over three decades of industry-informed programming, the organization has empowered 1,000+ alumni to find their voice and place as creators, many achieving global success. Through its small, nurturing classes taught by industry professionals, NSI has helped create a pipeline of skilled and job-ready creatives, with over 82% of graduates reporting industry employment. The organization is committed to reflecting the diverse lives and realities of Canada, and its partners include visionary networks of private and public supporters.
