Oasis Skateboard Factory

Oasis Skateboard Factory is an alternative high school program of the Toronto District School Board, providing a unique learning environment where students can build skateboards, build a brand, and earn high school credits through independent learning and project-based entrepreneurship. Fully accredited by the Toronto District School Board, OSF helps at-risk youth re-engage in education through small, innovative settings. The program is designed to foster unconventional thinkers, offering a curriculum that combines street and skate art with real-world skills, including English, Media, Business, Entrepreneurship, Visual Arts/Design, and Skateboard/Art Co-op placements. OSF students learn by doing, with a focus on project-based learning and real-world experience, allowing them to develop entrepreneurial skills and showcase their work through pop-up events and gallery shows.
