SKETCH Working Arts
SKETCH Working Arts is a community arts organization dedicated to empowering young people, particularly those from marginalized communities, through arts-based programs, wrap-around services, and access to studio space. As a charity, SKETCH offers free arts programs, mentorship opportunities, and community events that foster social and environmental change. With a focus on 2SLGBTQIA+, Black, Indigenous, and racialized young people, SKETCH provides a transformative platform for creative expression and leadership development. By celebrating the radical art of young people, SKETCH aims to build sustainable livelihoods in the arts and cultivate positive change in communities. Through its programs and services, SKETCH has made a significant impact on the lives of over 370 artists and 300 youth in 2023.
