TIRF Rugby

Toronto Inner-City Rugby Foundation (TIRF) is a registered non-profit organization that uses rugby as a tool for social good, building community through the sport in 31 of Toronto's underserved neighborhoods. Guided by the five World Rugby values, TIRF fosters healthy, active, and inclusive communities that embody teamwork and respect. The organization offers programs and services that eliminate barriers to participation, providing scholarships and bursaries to eligible players. TIRF partners with Rugby Canada, Rugby Ontario, and local clubs to deliver rugby programs that promote social good and community development. By reducing financial, geographical, and cultural barriers, TIRF empowers children and youth to reach their full potential.
