First Light Yoga
First Light Yoga is a unique early-morning yoga program in Vancouver, BC, offering personalized self-practice and empowerment to evolve at one's own pace. Guided by the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method, the program fosters mindful breathing, fluid movement, and focused presence, tailored to challenge students while honoring their individual starting points and intentions. With experienced teacher Geoff Mackenzie, classes run five days a week, and new students are welcome every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. First Light Yoga provides a calm, quiet, and meditative class space, empowering students to become independent practitioners, capable of executing an effective practice in their own time and space. By combining postural, breathing, and focusing techniques, the program aims to clarify and balance the body, nervous system, and mind.
